My Services

My clinical nutrition services are designed to offer flexible and personalised support that is tailored to your needs, whether through in-clinic consultations, telehealth sessions, or home visits. With in-clinic consultations you’ll benefit from hands-on, direct guidance in a supportive environment. For those who prefer remote consultations, telehealth provides the same comprehensive care and advice from the comfort of your home. My home visit service caters to individuals who require more personalised attention and convenience, bringing the consultation directly to your doorstep.

Proper nutrition is fundamental for maintaining overall health and well-being. It plays a crucial role in various physiological processes, including immune function, energy production, and tissue repair. Moreover, nutrition affects mental health, influencing mood and cognitive function.

A clinical nutrition consultation goes beyond simply evaluating your diet. It involves a comprehensive assessment of various factors that influence your overall health and nutritional status. This will include reviewing your medical history, including any chronic conditions, medications, relevant pathology results, food sensitivities or allergies and current health concerns, to tailor recommendations to your specific needs. Lifestyle factors such as physical activity levels, sleep patterns, stress management and social environment are all considered. My holistic approach will ensure your treatment plan effectively addresses your nutritional needs and supports your long-term health and well-being.
